How do I make a bill payment?

How will I get my bill?

Through MyDigi App or Digi will e-mail your bill statement on a monthly basis and optionally send a paper bill to your house.

If I have any outstanding bills on my postpaid account, can I still proceed with my Digi Internet Freedom registration?
