This promo starts 3rd April 2018, and it is available to all operators within the ten eligible countries from 9 August 2018 onwards, until further notice.

You need to activate the IDD VIP feature and then register your IDD VIP number before you can enjoy this offer.

Yes, you must key in the numbers in the following format: <country code><phone number> e.g 6281XXXXXXXXX. In short, you don't have to key in the "+" sign or the "00" prefixes.

Yes, you can call the IDD VIP number via Direct Dial and enjoy the special rates.

No, you will only enjoy the IDD VIP rates when you make calls to the one eligible number that you add/register into your IDD VIP list.

Your IDD VIP subscription will be maintained upon CoP, unless you CoP from or to Digi Prepaid LiVE, then you will need to reactivate and re-register your IDD VIP number.

IDD VIP feature can be activated via UMB by dialling *128*1*3#. You will see the UMB menu as follows:
