This offer is available for subscribers on the Digi Postpaid 60 and higher plans.

Do I enjoy any rebates as a Postpaid subscriber who also subscribes to Digi Fibre?

I am currently enjoying rebates on an older Digi Postpaid plan with a concurrent Digi Fibre subscription. Will my rebate entitlement be updated?

Your current rebates will continue to apply, unless you opt to change your Postpaid plan to the new Digi Postpaid plans which are eligible for the new rebates.

When will the monthly rebate be granted to my Postpaid line?

Your Postpaid line rebate will be granted 30 days after successful installation of your Digi Fibre line.

If I have multiple Digi Postpaid lines, which line will the Postpaid line rebate be granted to?

The rebate will be granted to the Digi Postpaid line(s) with the highest monthly fees, subject to only 1 (one) postpaid line per account. For multiple line of the same monthly fee, the rebate will be granted to 1 (one) of the lines randomly.

If I terminate my Digi Fibre line, will I still enjoy the rebate on the Postpaid line?

No, your rebate will be discontinued upon termination of Digi Fibre.

If I terminate my Digi Postpaid line, will I still enjoy the rebate on the Postpaid line?

No, your rebate will be forfeited if you terminate the Digi Postpaid line eligible for the rebate.

If I upgrade my Digi Fibre plan, will I enjoy more rebates on my Digi Postpaid line?

No, your rebate on Digi Postpaid line will be maintained as per your initial Digi Fibre plan sign-up. For example, a subscriber who performs change of plan from Digi Fibre 90 to Digi Fibre 130 will continue to receive RM15 rebate on their Postpaid line.

If I’m a Digi PhoneFreedom 365 customer who signs up for Digi Fibre, what rebates will I enjoy?

Subscribers who sign up for both Digi Fibre and PhoneFreedom 365 get to enjoy both the PhoneFreedom 365 plan rebates as well as the Postpaid line rebates from the Digi Fibre subscription.
