Who can participate in this campaign?

The offer is open to all Digi customers residing in Malaysia except:

  1. Digi Prepaid Broadband internet plan subscribers who are not under the Digi Home Broadband plan
  2. Permanent, contract and temporary employees of Digi; and
  3. Enterprise and corporate individual customers under Digi Postpaid for Business.
Who can receive the voucher?

Any eligible user (please see A1) that collects 5 badges by performing a min. RM15 reload for others via Digi Share in the MyDigi app for 5 times will be granted one (1) voucher.

Can I receive more than 1 voucher?

Yes you can. You will receive 1 voucher for every 5 badges you collect.

Will I receive a badge if I reload for others using PIN method?

No you will not, you will only receive a badge if you reload for others using the Online method.

How do I know how many badges I currently have?

To view your badges, click on Menu icon > MyDigi Rewards > MyBadges.

Where can I find my myNews.com voucher?

From the usage screen, click on Menu icon > MyDigi Rewards > MyRewards.

I received an error message after collecting 5 badges, what does it mean and how can I receive my voucher?

It indicates that manual redemption is required. To do manual redemption, click on Menu icon > MyDigi Rewards > MyBadges > click on Present icon under Digi Share Reload Badges.

Who will receive the free credit from reloading?

Only the person on the receiving end of the reload will receive the free credit that is proportionate to the reload amount.

Where can I get the new MyDigi app?

You can get the app by searching for MyDigi in PlayStore or AppStore.

If I am on the old MyDigi app, can I participate in this campaign?

No, you will need to download the latest MyDigi app (v5.1.1 and above).

Why am I experiencing issues loading the MyDigi app?

Please ensure that you are on iOS 9 and up or Android 4.1 and up for optimal experience with MyDigi.
