What is the campaign about?

Digi x Samsung campaign is an exclusive campaign organized by Digi and Samsung to reward new customers:

  1. Who subscribe to Digi Fibre 150, Digi Fibre 190, Digi Fibre 270 and Digi Fibre 290 plans, within the campaign period.
  2. Who purchase any Samsung Smart Monitors on the Samsung e-store, within the campaign period.
What is the period of the campaign?

This campaign is valid from 14 September 2021 to 30 November 2021.

Who is eligible to participate in the campaign?
  1. Digi customers who sign up for the Digi Fibre 150 plan and above.
  2. Samsung customers who purchase a Smart Monitor via the Samsung e-store.
What is the offer if I participate in the campaign?
  1. new sign-ups for eligible Digi Fibre plan are entitled to get a Samsung E-voucher worth RM150.
  2. Samsung customers who purchase a Smart Monitor via Samsung E-store get a Digi Fibre RM150 rebate voucher. With this voucher you will be able to enjoy RM30 x 5 months on a new sign-up of Digi Fibre 150 and above.
How do I redeem my Samsung E-voucher?

You will receive your Samsung E-voucher on the second month after your fibre service is activated. For example: if your fibre is activated in September 2021, you will receive the E-voucher latest by the end of October.

This E-voucher will be rewarded to you via the MyDigi App. Redemption guidelines will be available in the Rewards page. Please follow the given instructions to proceed with the redemption.

If I sign up for the Digi Fibre 150 plan within the campaign period and schedule the installation date after the campaign period, will I still eligible to get the Samsung E-voucher?

Yes, you will still be eligible to the offer as long as you sign up within the campaign period.

Where can I use the Samsung E-voucher?

You can use the Samsung E-voucher only to purchase the Smart Monitor on the Samsung e-store. Please visit the e-store at https://www.samsung.com/my/monitors/smart-monitor/

What is the validity of the Samsung E-voucher?

The E-voucher is valid until 31 December 2021.

I’m an existing Digi Fibre customer and I purchased a Samsung Smart Monitor during the campaign period. Am I entitled to get the Digi Fibre 150 rebate?

Yes, you are entitled to get the Digi Fibre RM150 rebate. To redeem the rebate, you will need to sign up for a second Digi Fibre plan. The rebate is only applicable on Digi Fibre 150, Digi Fibre 190, Digi Fibre 270 and Digi Fibre 290 plans.
