Yes, simply follow the steps below to charge your purchases to another Digi mobile number:
- Visit http://apple.co/digi
- Select ‘Mobile Phone’ and then ‘Use Different Mobile Number’.
- Enter the mobile number you wish to charge your purchases to.
- Fill in the Account information and click ‘Next’. A verification code will be sent to you.
- Once the code has been verified, you will be returned to the Account screen.
- Select ‘Done’ and you are now ready to make purchases!
No, you will not be able to selectively disable carrier billing for specific Apple devices as payment information is tagged to your Apple ID.
Yes, carrier billing will be set as the default payment mode if you are using the same Apple ID on different Apple devices. Do note that for verification purposes, a One-time-password will be sent to you before any purchase is made.
There is no spend limit on Digi Prepaid.
Digi Postpaid users will have a cap of RM500 for every rolling 30 days from the first transaction.

You will need to set up an Apple ID before using this service. Once you have an Apple ID, you will be able to select Mobile Phone billing the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes or in your Account Settings in your iPhone Settings.
At present, you can make purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store, subscribe to Apple Music, and buy iCloud storage etc.
Direct Billing enables you to make purchases on any Apple platform and pay for it through your Digi monthly bill or prepaid balance.

Yes, there is a limit for purchases on Google Play.
- Max of RM200 for each transaction.
- Max of RM300 total for 30 days rolling window, subject to credit limit or credit balance ( Postpaid customers only).
- Max of RM50 total for 30 days rolling window, specifically for purchases on Google Play™ Movies & TV, Google Play™ Books and Google Play™ Newsstand

No problem! You can cancel the purchase as long as it’s within Google refund policy window (2 hours). From Google Play™ Store, just select the purchased app and you will see the option to “Refund”.
Of course! You’ll get email notification to your Google email, and the app purchased will appear in “My Apps” section of Google Play™ Store.
If you have not done any purchase via Google Play™ Store, there will be no default payment option. To set it up or change the payment options, you should select the options next to the price and indicate your payment methods.
Subsequent purchases will be based on the last payment method, unless changed.
Other payment options available in Google Play™ Store are via credit or debit cards.
You will receive notification or confirmation from Google via email on purchases made in Google Play™ Store. These notifications are sent to you real-time after your purchase. A complete historical detail of your transactions in Google Play™ is also available in your Google Wallet page.
We will also have a view of your Google Play™ purchases – however, there might be some delay. Transaction records will be available within 2-3 days after the purchase.
For Digi Prepaid customers, purchases will be taken from your credit – please ensure you have sufficient credit. Purchases for Digi Postpaid customers will be billed in the next bill cycle.
Yes. This feature is applicable for Digi Prepaid and Digi Postpaid mobile customers.
Nope. Most of the apps are free to download. However, some apps require purchase or on a Freemium basis. Freemium means the apps are free to download but have in-app purchases. In-app purchases are credits/points that you need to buy while going through the application, mostly applicable in games.
There are over 1,000,000 apps on the Google Play™ Store. You can select and download the apps that you want. They are categorized under various categories such as Games, Apps, Books, etc.
As this is a new service, it requires Google Play™ service update. It may take a bit of time. Please ensure you check the notifications and update accordingly. Please note that rooted devices or devices with custom firmware may not be updated.
