Yes, the monthly internet quota allocation is shareable from principal to all Postpaid Family, Mobile Broadband and Gadget SIM supplementary lines in the same family group only.

Is there a fee to enable the internet sharing feature?

The internet sharing feature is usually available at a fee of RM10 per month, but new Digi Postpaid plan customers get to enjoy this feature for FREE until further notice.

Can I share my monthly internet quota from my principal line to my non-Family supplementary lines?

Internet sharing can only be performed from a principal line to Postpaid Family, Mobile Broadband and Gadget SIM supplementary lines in the same family group only.

I have multiple types of internet quota. Which quota will be consumed first?

The sequence of Internet quota consumption will be as follows, wherever applicable:

1. Quota from Free Productivity 1GB (valid until further notice)

2. Quota from any promotional freebies

3. Quota from Hotspot add-on

4. Quota from Internet Top-Up add-on without contract (one-time purchase)

5. Quota from Internet Top-Up add-on with contract (monthly recurring)

6. Quota from Internet Sharing

7. Quota from bundled All Day / Base Internet
