What are Add-On Deals?

Add-On Deals allow you to enjoy savings on devices and services of your choice when you sign a 12- or 24-month contract with Digi.

What products or services are available as Add-on Deals?

You may select from a range of add-ons, which vary according to your Digi Postpaid plan:

Who can sign up for Add-on Deals?

Add-on Deals are only available to subscribers on the new Digi Postpaid plans and their supplementary lines.

How long is the contract duration if I sign up this Add-on Deals?

Add-On Deals mostly come with a contract tenure of 12 months, except for PhoneFreedom 365 contracts which are on a 24-month basis.

Where can I sign up for Add-On Deals?

You may purchase it on Digi Store Online, walk-in to any Digi Store, Digi Store Express or Digi Postpaid dealer to subscribe for an Add-on Deal.

Can I sign up for more than one Add-On Deal at the same time?

No, each Digi Postpaid line is only eligible to sign up for one (1) Add-On Deal at any given time.

Can my Family lines sign up for Add-On Deals too?

Yes, Family lines can sign up for Add-on Deals, up to a maximum of four (4) per NRIC or Passport holder.

I am currently subscribed to an older Digi Postpaid Plan. Can I sign up for an Add-On Deal?

As Add-On Deals are only available to subscribers on the new Digi Postpaid plans, you may opt in by first changing your plan to the new Digi Postpaid Plans at any of our Digi Stores, Digi Store Express, Digi dealers nationwide and Digi Store Online.

What if I terminate my Add-on Deal contract before the contract period is up?

Early termination of contracts will be subjected to penalty fees which may be paid at any Digi Store, Digi Store Express or Digi Postpaid dealer. More information below:

I am approaching the end of my Add-On Deals contract. Can I sign up for the Add-on Deals again?

Yes, you may resubscribe to the same or different Add-On Deal once the duration of your contract is completed.

How do I enable the Play Store, App Store, EasyAdd (excl.RGG) rebates via Direct Operator Billing (DOB)?

After opting into an add-on contract, follow the below steps to ensure you receive your rebate in your Digi bill for the next 12 months after signing up your contract.  

For Google Play:

  1. Select the hamburger menu on the Google Play page. 
  2. Select ‘Payment Methods’. 
  3. Select ‘Use Digi billing’ and enable. 
  4. Once enabled, proceed to purchase the desired application. 

For App Store:

  1. Click on your Apple ID Account picture in the App Store Homepage.
  2. Click on your profile.
  3. Go to your account setting and select ‘Manage Payments’.
  4. Select ‘Add Payment Method’.
  5. Select ‘Mobile Phone’ and desired Mobile Number.
  6. Enter your details.
  7. Click Done to complete.
  8. Once enabled, proceed to purchase the desired application. 

For EasyAdd:

  1. Select your product of choice on the EasyAdd website at https://www.easyadd.my/.
  2. Select your desired package.
  3. Once landed on checkout page, select “Pay with Digi”.
  4. Enter TAC you received via SMS.
  5. After confirmation of payment, you will land on the How to Redeem page.
  6. You will receive an SMS & email confirming the subscription.
  7. The rebate will appear automatically in your Digi Postpaid bill for the 12 months of your contract duration.
