The following conditions must be met at the point of registration for a subscription to Digi Shield RM39/month to be successful:

• The device must be a brand-new device purchased within the last 24 months
• Valid proof of purchase (receipt) with date must be retained and produced at the time of claim submission
• The device must have a valid device IMEI number
• The device is not damaged; screen & device body has no visible cracks on both front and back
• The device is unlocked, and all security features have been disabled to allow for diagnosis
• The device has to be able to power-on, with the ability to display a valid IMEI number correctly

No. The device must be brand-new and purchased with valid proof of purchase (receipt) and purchased not more than 24 months at point of Digi Shield registration.

No. However, if the tampered glass blocks the display of the IMEI or is hiding a crack, the device may be rejected from registering for Digi Shield.

Yes, please remove any accessories when taking the diagnosis photograph to ensure the registration can proceed successfully.

No. As of May 1 2020, we do not allow any terminated customers to re-register any Digi Shield product. Upon termination, the device and IMEI will no longer be valid for the same or a new Digi Shield subscription.
