I have few Internet buckets, Freebie Internet and base quota. Which quota will be consumed first?

The sequence of Internet quota consumption will be as follows:

  1. Quota from Free 1GB Productivity (available until 31 December 2020)
  2. Quota from Free Weekend Internet (if any and usage is on a Weekend)
  3. Quota from Free YouTube (if any)
  4. Quota from any one-off Freebies (if any)
  5. Quota from daily recurring Freebies (if any, example Internet Bonus 365)
  6. Quota from monthly recurring Freebies (if any, example Loyalty Bonus)
  7. Quota from one-off Internet Top Up purchase
  8. Quota from monthly recurring Top-up purchase
  9. Quota from bundled All Day / Base Internet
How will I be eligible for the Internet Bonus 365?

Effective 28 July 2020, upon subscription of Digi 38 New, Digi Postpaid 58 and Digi Postpaid 80 principal plans, the Internet Bonus 365 will be granted automatically for daily use as long as you stay on the plan. It is applicable for all new and existing subscribers.

What is Internet Bonus 365?

The Internet Bonus 365 service is a FREE Internet service provided on a daily basis without additional charges. It will be automatically granted on a daily basis, to all eligible subscribers who are on Digi 38 New, Digi Postpaid 58 and Digi Postpaid 80 for life, as long as they stay on the eligible rate plan.

The service is applicable for all day (24 hours), All-apps, All usage (domestic usage) within the Digi network only. Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited at the end of each day and will not be carried forward.

What is the validity of the phone discount?

The phone discount bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. The phone discount bonus is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

For what can I use the phone discount bonus?

The phone discount bonus is only eligible for the purchase of only selected smartphones bundled with selected Digi Postpaid plans. The RM300 discount will be deducted from the RRP price and if the amount of the smartphone is less than RM300, the balance will not be refunded.

How will I be eligible for the bonus offer on Digi 38 New / Digi Postpaid 58?

You will need to sign up for Digi 38 New / Digi Postpaid 58 plan and stay on the plan for 12 months. Subsequently, on the 13th month, a phone discount bonus of worth RM300 will be rewarded and you’ll be notified via MyDigi Rewards.

What is the Phone Discount Bonus all about?

Phone Discount bonus is a tenure-based bonus offer which will be rewarded upon your stay with Digi 38 New or Digi Postpaid 58 plan for 12 months and above.

How long will I enjoy the Loyalty Bonus quota?

The Loyalty Bonus granted will be applicable for lifetime as long as you stay on the same plan or upgrade to higher plan (i.e. Digi Postpaid 58 upgrade to Digi Postpaid 80). If you change your plan to non eligible plans then your Loyalty Bonus will be forfeited.

How many times will I get to enjoy the Loyalty Bonus?

Loyalty Bonus is capped at 4 times (up to 2 years tenure).

How will I be eligible for the Loyalty Bonus?

You will need to consecutively stay for 6 months to enjoy the first Loyalty Bonus, which will be automatically unlocked on month 7. Subsequent Loyalty Bonus will be unlocked on every 13th, 19th and 25th month. Every unlocked Loyalty Bonus is cumulative in nature. You will be notified whenever the Loyalty Bonus is granted.

What is Loyalty Bonus all about?

Loyalty Bonus is a tenure-based bonus offer where you will be rewarded with additional monthly Internet quota on top of your base internet quota every 6 months. This is applicable to Digi 38 New, 58 and 80 principal plans.

What is the new Digi Postpaid plan about?

Digi Postpaid offers borderless connectivity at home and abroad at no extra cost.

Do I have to make any advance payments when I purchase a device bundle contract?

Yes, advance payment is applicable for a device bundle contract upon subscription. It will be rebated back to your bill across 12 months / 24 months, subject to the campaign promotion.

Can I add on a device bundle contract to the new Digi Postpaid plans?

Yes, you can now add on a device bundle contract on Digi Postpaid 90 (Digi Postpaid 80 with GBoost add-on), Digi Postpaid 120, Digi Postpaid 160 and Digi Postpaid 190. For Digi Postpaid 80, the device bundle contract is only applicable with the GBoost add-on.

What is GBoost?

This offer is only available with any device bundle sign up, just add on GBoost to Digi Postpaid 80 to get an extra 10GB Internet quota, for only RM10 monthly. When you add on GBoost to Digi Postpaid 80, you will automatically upgraded to Digi postpaid 90, with a total 50GB Internet quota

How does the ‘Unlimited Calls’ work?

Every day you get to enjoy Unlimited voice calls to both on-net and off-net numbers i.e. all mobile calls to Digi or other mobile operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers and toll-free 1-300 number calls). The Unlimited calls are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia's network.

Are there any Roaming packages that I can subscribe to if I travel to other countries?

Yes. You can also opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or roaming passes (from RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators. For more information, do visit our Roaming section.

On Digi Postpaid 120, 160 and 190, enjoy FREE 5GB Internet Roaming and 60 minutes Roaming voice calls when traveling overseas in 10 countries (on participating countries/networks), and 60 minutes of IDD voice calls to the participating 10 countries. Do I get to rollover my unutilized Internet quota?

Yes, you will get to rollover your unutilized All Day Internet quota up to the maximum GB (gigabyte) every bill cycle.
