Can a subscriber perform an upgrade to a higher value Postpaid within the contract tenure?

Yes, subscriber may perform postpaid plan upgrade at any point of time during the contract without any termination fee charges. However, the subscriber’s existing contract benefits and remaining contract period will be carried forward to the new postpaid plan.

What if the total value of the Shopee or Lazada vouchers purchased on MyDigi Shop is higher than the bill rebate value that a subscriber is entitled to each month?

Your monthly bill rebate will be capped according your Bill Rebate contract eligibility based on your Postpaid plan. For example, if subscriber’s monthly rebate eligibility is RM25, and the total value of Shopee or Lazada vouchers purchased on MyDigi Shop is RM30, subscriber will receive rebate of RM25 in the corresponding month’s Postpaid bill and will be billed for the RM5 difference.

Please note that the total rebate value considers other add-on purchases as well. For example, if a subscriber's monthly rebate eligibility is RM25, and the total value of Shopee/Lazada vouchers AND other app purchases or subscriptions is RM30, subscriber will receive a max rebate of RM25 and be charged for the remaining RM5.

How can a subscriber use the Bill Rebate add-on for Shopee or Lazada voucher benefit?

Are there any conditions where a Postpaid subscriber on Bill Rebate add-on deal contract can receive a penalty fee waiver?

Any contracted subscriber who has completed 3 months’ Bill Rebate add-on contract may switch to another add-on deal or device contract without having to pay the penalty fee.

What payment method should the subscriber choose during the purchase of any item in MyDigi Shop?

Subscriber must select “Charge to Account” payment option during purchase at MyDigi Shop. You will receive a corresponding bill rebate in your subsequent Postpaid bill, up to the value of your bill rebate entitlement.

What is the penalty if a subscriber terminates the Bill Rebate contract before than 12 –month contract tenure is completed?

A subscriber who wish to terminate their contract before 12 months will be charged a flat fee of RM30. Upon termination, all remaining bill rebates will be stopped immediately and subsequently forfeited.

What Shopee and Lazada vouchers can I purchase on MyDigi Shop?

You may purchase any Shopee and Lazada vouchers available on MyDigi Shop.

If customer purchases other vouchers in MyDigi App, will it utilize the Add On Bill rebate from this contract?

Yes, the rebate will be granted for all other vouchers that subscribers purchase in MyDigi App as well.

How long is the contract for the Bill Rebate add-on deal?

The contract duration for the Digi Postpaid Digital Services Rebate Add-On Deals is 12 months

Who is eligible for this promo?

This promo is available to subscribers who meet the following:

✔All subscribers who sign up for a new line, port-in or Prepaid-to-Postpaid on Digi Postpaid 60 and above, who also opt-in for the Bill Rebate add-on deal with 12-month contract during the promo period.

✔Existing Postpaid subscribers who perform change of plan to Digi Postpaid 60 and above, who also opt-in for the Bill Rebate add-on deal with 12-month contract during the promo period.

Where does the subscriber retrieve the voucher that has been successfully purchased in MyDigi Shop?

Subscriber may retrieve a voucher after successful purchase at MyDigi Shop > MyRewards.

How do I get RM300 worth of Shopee and Lazada credits with Digi Postpaid?

From 1st October 2021 until 30th November 2021, sign up for a Bill Rebate* 12-month contract on Digi Postpaid 60 plan and above and you will enjoy up to RM25 of monthly Bill Rebates over 12 months to use to purchase Shopee and Lazada vouchers on MyDigi Shop. This promotion is available at all physical and online channels.

Will the subscriber have the option to renew the Bill Rebate add-on deal with the same promo benefit upon contract expiry?

This promotion is only available for subscribers who sign up for the Bill Rebate add-on deal during the promotion period. Do look out for more great deals in MyDigi’s Box of Surprise or your SMS inbox as your contract approaches expiry!

What if MyDigi Shop runs out of Shopee or Lazada vouchers?

While we always work towards ensuring sufficient voucher stocks, the Shopee and Lazada vouchers on MyDigi Shop may occasionally run out due to popular demand. To avoid forfeiture of the monthly bill rebate, subscribers may also opt to purchase any subscription from the Play Store, App Store or EasyAdd as an alternative to utilize the rebate bill rebate.

How will the Bill Rebate add-on rebate be displayed in the subscriber’s Postpaid bill?

What happens if I sign up for the Bill Rebate contract in the middle of my Postpaid bill cycle?

The Bill Rebate will be pro-rated according to your Postpaid bill cycle.

Can a subscriber perform a downgrade to a lower value Postpaid within the contract tenure?

No, subscriber is not allowed to perform postpaid plan downgrade during the contract. If subscriber wish to proceed to downgrade postpaid plan, subscriber is required to pay RM30 termination fees and the remaining contract benefit will be forfeited.

What happens when the total value of Shopee or Lazada vouchers purchased on MyDigi Shop is lower than the monthly Bill Rebate entitlement?

If the subscriber’s total Shopee or Lazada purchases for the month is lower than the total bill rebate eligibility, the subscriber’s Postpaid plan eligibility, the subscriber will only receive a bill rebate up to the value of Shopee or Lazada voucher purchases made on MyDigi Shop during that billing cycle. For example, if subscriber’s monthly rebate eligibility is RM25, and the total value of Shopee or Lazada vouchers purchased on MyDigi Shop is RM20, subscriber will receive rebate of RM20 in the corresponding month’s Postpaid bill. The unutilized balance will be forfeited.
