I am subscribed to the previous Broadband plan (Broadband Monthly 100), can I subscribe to a new supplementary plan?

No, only users on Broadband Monthly 65 and Broadband Monthly 105 can subscribe to a Broadband supplementary plan.

Who can enjoy the up to RM10 rebate for life?

Just sign up for a Digi Mobile Broadband Postpaid supplementary line under your Postpaid Voice or Broadband account and you will receive an RM10 rebate every month on your Broadband supplementary line for the rest of your Mobile Broadband line tenure.

 

How can I activate roaming pass with my broadband line?

Upon arrival at your destination, follow these steps below to purchase a roaming pass: 

Option A - Via UMB Code

 

Step 1: Insert your Digi Broadband SIM card into your mobile devices 
Step 2: Dial *800# 
Step 3: Press 3 to purchase the roaming pass 
Step 4: You’ll receive a confirmation SMS to notify a successful purchase of Roaming Pass.
 

Option B- via MyDigi App

 

Step 1: Tap “Buy Add-Ons”
Step 2: Tap the “Roaming” Icon
Step 3: Select the Country and Roaming pass, and your activation date
Step 4: You’ll receive a confirmation SMS to notify you of successful Roaming Pass purchase 

 

If you would like to continue using your mobile device, then 

Step 5: Manually select the specified/applicable network operator 
Step 6: Turn on Data Roaming or Cellular Data/Mobile Data on your mobile phone 
 

If you would like to use it on the MobiFi 

Step 5: Insert SIM Card into MobiFi and download Huawei Link from Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile device.

Can I perform Internet Sharing with the new Digi Broadband plan?

No, Internet Sharing cannot be done from the new Digi Broadband plan.

I am currently subscribed to the previous Broadband plan with a 12 month contract. Can I move to the new Broadband Monthly 65/Broadband Monthly 105?

Yes, but only upgrades are allowed. E.g. Moving from Broadband RM60 to Broadband Monthly 105

I am currently subscribed to the previous Broadband plan without a contract. Can I move to the new Broadband Monthly RM65/Broadband Monthly RM105/Broadband Monthly RM45?

Yes, you can update your plan to the new Broadband plans. To do so, visit Digi outlets, authorized dealers stores, or call Customer Service hotline at 0162211800.

Can I purchase on demand partner services and charge it to my Digi bill?

Yes, these are the services available at the moment

Which VoIP services can I use with the RM5 VoIP Internet Top Up?

Can I make voice calls and send SMS/MMS using my Broadband subscription?

No, Broadband plans are only capable of Internet access.

Can I use my Internet quota when roaming abroad?

Broadband customers in Postpaid payment
Your bundled Internet quota is only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia. Roaming with your Broadband plan will not utilise your bundled Internet quota - You will be charged separately as listed in the prevailing roaming rates chart. However, it is recommended that you roam with Digi Broadband on a device that enables you to manually select Digi’s preferred roaming network operator so as to enjoy Internet Roaming promotions (for Postpaid payment).

Who can sign up for a Broadband plan?

Broadband plans are open to all existing Digi subscribers and new customers. Existing Digi Postpaid customers can sign up for a new Broadband plan as a supplementary line and enjoy monthly rebates up to RM10.

How can I check my quota usage?

You can log in to MyDigi to view your quota usage.

How will my Broadband quota be deducted?

Your internet deduction will be based on the order below. Quota availability outside Base Quota depends on additional quota purchases or rewards:

You can log in to MyDigi to purchase more Internet.
Can I make VoIP calls (Eg. WhatsApp calls) using my Broadband subscription?

No, VoIP calls are not allowed on Broadband plans, but we do have Internet Top Ups that allow you to make VoIP calls (More information in the Internet Top Up section).

I’m on an older Broadband plan which has a separate Streaming Quota. What can I use the quota for?

Streaming quota only allows you to stream using the partner services below:

Can I rollover my unused quota to the following month/next bill cycle?

No, Digi Broadband plans do not have an Internet Rollover feature.

If I reach my bundled quota, can I still surf the Internet?

No, upon reaching 100% quota utilization you will no longer be able to continue surfing. Please log in to MyDigi or download the MyDigi App to purchase Internet Top Ups.

Are there excess charges after I exhaust my monthly quota?

No. There will be no excess charges upon exhausting your monthly quota, but you may choose to purchase Internet Top Ups to keep your Internet experience at optimal speed.
