What is Collab with Digi?

It is a partner programme to reach out to new and exciting partners and making it easy to collaborate with Digi. The programme is designed to help our partners scale up and amplify their impact, target the right audience and leverage on Digi’s seamless payment solutions.

How do I participate in the programme?

If you are interested in becoming a partner, just go to the “Become A Partner” section and click on the “Get In Touch” button. You will need to register and provide some information about your company and the products, services or content that you offer, and we will get in touch with you to take it forward.

Is there a fee to participate in the programme?

No, there are no fees or charges. You will need to get in touch with us to become a partner and once the partnership is official, you will be part of our community of partners and automatically part of the programme.

Is there a criteria to become a partner?

Yes, you must have a product, service or content within the following verticals:

  • Entertainment – music and video
  • Lifestyle – includes Health & Wellness, Beauty, Fashion, and Home & Living
  • Education – learning and development
  • Food and Beverage – everything yummy
  • Transport – making commute easier
How do I connect to Digi as a partner?

There are a number of ways to connect to Digi or integrate to our systems, one of which is via APIs. For those interested in connecting to Digi via APIs, it is possible to test out via our API Sandbox. Just click on “Access API Sandbox” where you will be redirected to another webpage (https://developer.digi.com.my/content/easyadd). To unlock the API, click on the “Get Started” button and register your interest to get access to the sandbox environment.

What is the Collab with Digi Partner Forum?

The Collab with Digi Partner Forum is an event where we will engage with a group of partners on how they can connect or work with Digi. If you are interested in attending the Forum, just go to “Become A Partner” section and click on the “Register to Attend” button. You will be asked to provide some information on your company and the product, service or content that you offer and we will get in touch to let you know when the next Forum will be.
