Who is eligible for this promotion?
This promotion is available for all existing Digi Postpaid customers, New Postpaid, Prepaid to Postpaid conversions or switch to Digi from other operators. Walk-in to the nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express to check out the promotion.
Does this promotion apply to all smartphone models?
No, this promotion is only applicable to selected smartphone models – iPhone 6s, Samsung Galaxy A50s, Huawei Nova 5T, Oppo Reno 2, iPhone 7 Plus and Huawei P30.
Am I required to sign up for 2 lines in this promotion?
Yes, for this promotion you are required to sign up with one principal and one supplementary line.
Do I have to pay an advance payment when I sign up this promotion?
Yes, an advance payment of your plan rate for one month is applicable for all new sign-ups and device advance payment may be applicable depending on your eligibility.
Will I be tied to any contract when I sign up this promotion?
Yes, both the principal and supplementary lines will be tied to 24-month contracts.
What if I cancel or terminate my line within the contract period?
If you cancel or terminate your line with Digi before completing the minimum 24 months contract period, you will need to pay a Penalty Fee as below:
