How do I receive Digi’s E-voucher?

Upon successful purchase of one (1) unit of the selected Smart Monitor:

  1. You are required to register / sign into Samsung Members account on the Smart Monitor
    How to enter [Samsung Account] on setting menu: Settings > General > System Manager > Samsung Account
  2. Once registration is complete, you will receive an automated email that consists of the E-voucher code & a Digi site link.
How do I redeem this Digi Fibre 150 rebate?

You will need to submit the required details as stated in the Digi form. You may refer to the screenshot below for reference. Once you submit, Digi will contact you within 48 business hours to confirm your application. New line sign-ups are subject to a 24-months contract.


Can I combine my Digi Fibre 150 rebate with other ongoing Digi promotions/offers?

No, this voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

What if I terminate my Digi Fibre subscription?

If you terminate your Digi Fibre subscription within your 24-months contract tenure, the RM150 rebate will be forfeited, and you will be subjected to an early termination penalty of RM500.

I am eligible to get Digi Fibre RM150 rebate. However, my area is not serviceable. Can I get the RM150 rebate as cash?

No, the rebate is strictly to be used for new sign-ups on Digi Fibre 150 and above.

Can I change my Digi Fibre plan after I redeem this promo?

Yes. If you upgrade to a higher Digi Fibre plan, you will carry forward the remaining RM150 rebate. Please note that you will not be allowed to downgrade your plan within the 24 months of your contract.
