Who can subscribe to Digi Internet Freedom plans?

Digi Internet Freedom is open to Malaysians and Non-Malaysians above the age of 18 years. You must be in an area with home fibre coverage. You can check your coverage at https://www.digi.com.my/shop/broadband/fibre . Non-Malaysians will be charged a RM500 deposit to their first bill.

How do I subscribe to a Digi Internet Freedom plan?

You may sign up at Digi Store, Digi Store Express, or Digi Store Online.

For online registration:

Step 1: Visit https://www.digi.com.my/shop/broadband/fibre

Step 2: Click on the check coverage button and enter your home address to check if it is within our home fibre coverage.

Step 3: Select your preferred plan and enter your personal details

Step 4: Submit your application

Step 5: We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your application.

What are the documents required to subscribe to Digi Internet Freedom when you register at a Digi Store or Digi Store Express?

You or your Designate Person are required to submit the following documents at the store for verification purpose during application, registration and / or installation processes:

(a) MyKad (Malaysians) or MyKAS/MyPR (permanent resident); or

(b) Passport (with at least a minimum of twenty four (24) months validity.

If I am not a Digi Postpaid customer, can I sign up for Digi Internet Freedom plans?

Yes, but you will only be entitled to the basic plans.

If I am a foreigner, can I subscribe to the Digi Internet Freedom?

Yes, but you need to pay a RM500 deposit that will be charged to your first bill.
