How do I make a bill payment?

We recommend signing up for Auto-Billing with your Debit or Credit Card. There are also options such as through MyDigi app, Online Banking, Kiosk, e-Wallets and over the counter. Find more information on payment methods here.

How will I get my bill?

We recommend using the MyDigi app. Digi will also email a monthly bill statement. If you prefer a physical bill, kindly request this by calling our Customer Service at 016 2211 800.

What if I do not pay my bill by the billing due date?

Your account will be barred 2 days after the billing due date and will be suspended 8 days after the billing due date. You can find the billing due date in your bill available at the MyDigi app.
