We encourage customers to turn off the voice mail before travelling to other countries. This is to avoid any voicemail related charges.
Postpaid customer can deactivate voicemail by dialing *128# > Digi Rewards & Services > Voicemail > Deactivate Voicemail > Confirm
Prepaid customers can deactivate voicemail by dialing *128# > My account > Account setting > Voicemail > Deactivate voicemail > Confirm
Once the deactivation is done, you will receive an SMS confirmation that the voicemail service has been deactivated.
