Postpaid

1. The Talktime Transfer™ will contribute to & be billed under “Usage” of a Postpaid customer's account.

  • The Usage contributed by Talktime Transfer™ will not be knocked off from the monthly commitment fee.
  • The Usage contributed by Talktime Transfer™ will not be recognised as Auto Saving for Access Fee based plans.
  • The Usage contributed by Talktime Transfer™ will still be charged even after RM150. This usage is not eligible for RM150 Unlimited free intra network promotion.
  • The Usage contributed by Talktime Transfer™ will not be recognised for any promotional related rebate.
  • The Usage contributed by Talktime Transfer™ will be entitled for Bonus Point, i.e. RM1 for 1 Bonus Point.
  • The maximum Talktime Transfer™ amount daily is RM15.

Prepaid

1. The talktime received will be in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

2. The tariff of the talktime received shall follow the prevailing tariffs of the Prepaid rate plans rather than the Postpaid's.

3. If the recipient's account is not active but still within the validity period, the account will resume active status & be valid in accordance to the airtime received.

4. If the recipient's account is in Active status, the longest validity period will take precedence over the shorter one after receiving the Talktime Transfer™.

Eligibility - Postpaid

1. This service is open to all Digi Postpaid Mass Principal Subscribers who subscribe to one of the rate plans below:

  • Premier
  • Optimum
  • Digi Ambassador
  • GSM Standard
  • GSM RM30
  • Call 60
  • Call Classic / Standard
  • Horizon Premier
  • One Power
  • Call Global
  • One Friends
  • One Power
  • Call 60 V.2
  • DG30
  • DG50
  • DG150
  • DG250

2. Postpaid subscribers must be principal account holders.

3. Postpaid users' account must be in Active status. If it is barred or suspended, you will not be able to use Talktime Transfer™.

Eligibility - Postpaid

1. All Prepaid subscribers are eligible to receive the TalkTime Transfer™ credit or make a Talktime Transfer™ request from their Postpaid counterparts as long as they are in Active or valid status.
