Plans - Terms & Conditions

DG Smart Family
  • The Auto Billing rebate of RM5 per month will only be reflected on the Customer's monthly bill if he/she signs up for Auto Billing at the point of subscription (applicable only if the supplementary line holder's bill is separate from the principal account).
  • BlackBerry® Services are not included as part of the DG Smart Family package. Customers may choose to add-on BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS) at RM10/month or BlackBerry® Enterprise Service (BES) at RM20/month.
  • Upon exceeding the monthly Mobile Internet quota of 1GB (based on total uploads and downloads), the Customer's Internet speed will be throttled to 32Kbps until the next billing cycle. Customers may continue to surf under the throttled speed at NO additional charge.
  • Customers may also upgrade to one of the following Mobile Internet plans:
    • 2GB at RM48/month; or
    • 3GB at RM68/month.
  • All rates depicted for voice calls, SMS and MMS along with the bundled Mobile Internet quota and free services (i.e. Facebook Zero, Wikipedia Zero & DigiMusic™Play Lite) apply only when used within Malaysia (to all domestic networks).
  • Services such as voice calls, SMS, MMS, International Direct Dialling (IDD), etc. are not included as part of the DG Smart Family package. They are chargeable based on usage at Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) rates.
  • Tier discounts on total monthly usage are NOT applicable for supplementary line holders.
 

DigiMusic™ Play Lite

  • DigiMusic™ Play Lite is FREE for all DG Smart Family subscribers, up to a max cap of one hundred (100) songs per line.
  • Customers are free to delete old songs and add new ones onto their playlist as long as the playlist is within the max cap.
  • Customers may upgrade to DigiMusic™ Play at RM5/month if they wish to download and store unlimited songs on their playlist.
  • The following welcome SMS will be sent to the Customer within three (3) days of plan activation:
    "Have you redeemed your Free DigiMusic Play Lite app? Download unlimited songs and store up to 100 favourite songs Free. Click https://www.digi.com.my/Ce to redeem now."
  • Customers are required to click on the link provided in the SMS above to activate DigiMusic™ Play Lite for FREE.

Unlimited Facebook Zero

  • Facebook Zero is available via Opera Mini for FREE. It is a lightweight, text-only version of the standard Facebook mobile site (m.facebook.org).
  • The following welcome SMS will be sent to the Customer within three (3) days of plan activation:
    "RM0: Welcome aboard! Browse Facebook Zero and Wikipedia Zero on Digi Live Zero via Opera Mini. Click http://m.opera.com to download it now! It's FREE."
  • Customers are required to click on the link provided in the SMS above to activate the FREE service.
  • Customers will use up some of their bundled Mobile Internet quota if they:
    • access Facebook Zero via any mobile browser other than Opera Mini;
    • download images, photos or videos within Facebook Zero;
    • access the standard Facebook mobile site; and/or
    • click on any external link that will lead them out of Facebook Zero.
  • FREE unlimited access to Facebook Zero will still be available during speed throttling periods.

Unlimited Wikipedia Zero

  • Wikipedia Zero is available via Opera Mini for FREE. It is a lightweight, text-only version of the standard Wikipedia mobile site (m.wikipedia.org)
  • The following welcome SMS will be sent to the Customer within three (3) days of plan activation:
    "RM0: Welcome aboard! Browse Facebook Zero and Wikipedia on Digi Live Zero via Opera Mini. Click http://m.opera.com to download it now! It’s FREE."
  • Customers are required to click on the link provided in the SMS above to activate the FREE service.
  • Customers will use up some of their bundled Mobile Internet quota if they:
    • access Wikipedia Zero via any mobile browser other than Opera Mini;
    • download images, photos or videos within Wikipedia Zero;
    • access the standard Wikipedia mobile site; and/or
    • click on any external link that will lead them out of Wikipedia Zero.
  • FREE unlimited access to Wikipedia Zero will still be available during speed throttling periods.

  • Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter or suspend the provision of free services such as Facebook Zero, Wikipedia Zero and DigiMusic™ Play Lite at any time without prior notice based on its sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Digi does not entitle the Subscribers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.
