Up to 50% More Internet

The full terms and conditions of the use of the selected products and/or services are as set out at http://digi.my/tnc ("General Terms"), including the Data Protection Obligations as set out at http://digi.my/dataprotection together with Digi's Privacy Statement as set out at http://digi.my/privacystatement; all of which form an integral part of full terms and conditions of the said products and/or services (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions are also accessible via Digi's website at http://www.digi.com.my. All terms and reference used herein shall be the same as the General Terms unless otherwise defined.

For purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall be defined as follows:

“Promotion” – the FREE Internet Promotion (“Promotion”) organised by Digi Telecommunications (“Digi”)

“Subscriber(s)” – The persons eligible to participate in this Promotion. All existing subscribers and new subscribers to the selected Digi internet packages shall be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

 

  1. Promotion Period
    1. This Promotion commences on 1 May 2016 (“Promotion Period). Digi however reserves the right to extend Promotion Period without prior written notice.
       
  2. Promotion Mechanics
    1. In order to participate in the Promotion, Subscribers shall perform the following steps and/or activations.
      Step 1: Subscribe to or renew to the Digi internet packages as follows
      • ●  Monthly RM20 (500MB)
      • ●  Monthly RM30 (1.5GB)
      • ●  Monthly RM48 (3GB)
      • ●  Monthly RM68 (5GB)
      • ●  Monthly RM88 (7GB)
      • ●  Weekly RM7 (250MB)
      • ●  Weekly RM10 (500MB)
      • ●  Weekly RM15 (800MB)
      • ●  Monthly RM38 (2GB)

  3. Promotion Entitlement
    1. Each Subscriber who successfully subscribed to or renews his/her existing Digi internet packages listed in Clause 4.1.1 during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to receive up to 50% more internet ("Promotion Entitlement") as follows:

    2. Digi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms from time to time without prior notice as it deems fit.
    3. By participating in the Promotion, Subscribers agree to be bound by these Terms and the Digi's decision in relation to any matter arising under this Promotion is final and no correspondences shall be entertained.
    4. A fair usage policy will be applied to all free and unlimited Internet awarded by Digi and relevant action will be taken at Digi’s discretion in the event internet usage is deemed to be of beyond reasonable level.
