1. The existing DG Postpaid Plus Family plan will be discontinued effective 12th September 2013.

2. The monthly commitment fee of RM30 is applicable to voice and SMS usage to all networks, MMS, International Roaming (IR), International Direct Dialling (IDD) and CPA downloads. Other usages such as Talktime Transfer and fixed charges will be chargeable based on usage if any, subject to Digi's pricing for such services as amended from time to time.

3. DG Family Postpaid is applicable for plan-only sign-up or it can be bundled with a device if customers add on a Mobile Internet package on a 24months contract.

4. Customers will not be charged extra on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis, when their Mobile Internet usage exceed the Mobile Internet Package Add On quota. However, the Mobile Internet service speed will be throttled.

5. Pre-mature contract termination penalty of RM200 (inclusive of RM100 administrative fee) is applicable for subscription of DG Family Postpaid device bundle tied with 24 months contract.

6. Auto Billing rebate of RM5 will be given for the first SIX (6) months from the date of subscription to subscribers who sign up for the auto-billing service when registering for DG Family Postpaid.
