1.

All rates depicted for voice calls, SMS and MMS along with the bundled Minutes, bundled SMS and Mobile Internet Quota (“Bundled Offers”) apply only when used within Malaysia (to all domestic networks).

All other services that are not included as part of the Bundled Offers such as MMS, International Direct Dialing (IDD), International Roaming (IR) etc. are chargeable based on usage on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis and rates applicable are based on standard IDD and IR rates, subject to Digi’s pricing for such services as amended from time to time.

Usage on Calls and SMS beyond the cap of the Bundled Offers will be charged on the basis of Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) in addition to the applicable monthly fee.

The Plans structure is in the appended Appendix and also published on our official website at www.digi.com.my, as updated by Digi from time to time. Charges published are exclusive of all applicable taxes including GST.

The Mobile Internet quota allocated within the Plans is exclusively for domestic usage only.

In the event the Customer does not fully utilise the Internet allocation, the balance unutilised Internet allocation shall be forfeited at the end of the bill cycle.

Data service will be restricted once usage exceeded the Total Internet Quota allocated. However, the Customer may opt to purchase Internet Quota Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at regular speed. Data service allocated within the plan(s) is exclusively for domestic usage only.

Principal line can register up to a maximum of six (6) Supplementary lines (any Digi Postpaid plans) under the Principal, of which only a maximum of three (3) Supplementary lines are allowed to sign up with the all new Digi Postpaid Family plans i.e. Digi Postpaid 80 Family, Digi Postpaid 90 Family, Digi Postpaid 120 Family/Digi Postpaid 120 DS Family, Digi Postpaid 160 Family/Digi Postpaid 160 DS Family and Digi Postpaid 190 Family/Digi Postpaid 190 DS Family.

The all new Digi Postpaid Family plans i.e. Digi Postpaid 80 Family, Digi Postpaid 90 Family, Digi Postpaid 120 Family/Digi Postpaid 120 DS Family, Digi Postpaid 160 Family/Digi Postpaid 160 DS Family and Digi Postpaid 190 Family/Digi Postpaid 190 DS Family are only applicable for Principal plan holder who have signed up Digi Postpaid 80, Digi Postpaid 80DS, Digi Postpaid 90, Digi Postpaid 90DS, Digi Postpaid 120, Digi Postpaid 120DS, Digi Postpaid 160, Digi Postpaid 160DS, Digi Postpaid 190 or Digi Postpaid 190DS. Each Principal plan shall have its correspondent all new Digi Postpaid Family plans as follows:

The Principal shall be liable to pay all the relevant charges and amounts claimed by Digi as reflected in the respective lines’ bill (if applicable).

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, all Terms and Conditions shall be equally applicable to any and all Supplementary lines subscribed under the Principal.

All usages while on an overseas roaming network do not account as part of Bundled Offer.

Whilst roaming overseas, Daily Unlimited Internet Roaming (from RM36/country/day) can be used in selected countries and various roaming passes are available from as low as RM5/day (24hours).

Device bundle is a twelve (12) or twenty four (24) month contract, commencing from the date of acceptance of these terms and conditions. If applicable, with the acceptance of device contract, any previous device contract Customer had contracted for with Digi, shall be deemed terminated and Customer shall be subject to any early termination charges of such previous contract, if applicable.

Advance payment waiver is only applicable for existing Digi Postpaid Customers with 12 months tenure and above during sign up on Digi Postpaid 110, Digi Postpaid 120, Digi Postpaid 160, Digi Postpaid 190, Digi Postpaid 138, Digi Postpaid 148 and Digi Postpaid 238 together with the purchase of device bundle on a 24-month contract.

For all online store purchase/subscription under Digi Postpaid 110, Digi Postpaid 120, Digi Postpaid 160, Digi Postpaid 190, Digi Postpaid 138, Digi Postpaid 148 and Digi Postpaid 238 with the purchase of device bundle on a 24-month contract, the pre-mature contract termination penalty will be subject to the calculation as stipulated in paragraph 20b, c and d respectively.

Customers can enjoy unlimited calls and SMS to three (3) friends with any sign up on Digi Postpaid 28 and Digi Postpaid 48, More Calls & SMS.

Customers can enjoy unlimited SMS to three (3) friends with any sign up on Digi Postpaid 68 and Digi Postpaid 98, More Calls & SMS.

Each Customer can register up to three (3) Friends (Digi numbers):

Unlimited calls and SMS to three (3) Friends is only available after the Customer has registered their Friends.

In the event the Customer changes his/her rate plan, Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to remove the Friends numbers. Pursuant thereto, the resetting of the Friends numbers shall require the Customer to key in all their Friends numbers again.

Customers can enjoy unlimited messaging with WhatsApp and WeChat for free with any sign up on Digi Postpaid 68, Digi Postpaid 98, Digi Postpaid 148 and Digi Postpaid 238, both More Internet and More Calls & SMS.

Customers must download and install the WhatsApp and WeChat applications before data usage exceeds the Mobile Internet Quota in order to enjoy unlimited messaging.

31.

Unlimited messaging with WhatsApp and WeChat is only limited to messaging within the application itself. Any messaging beyond the application will incur data usage from the Mobile Internet Quota.

Messaging via WhatsApp and WeChat will still be available at regular speed even if data usage has exceeded monthly Mobile Internet Quota.

Customer can enjoy unlimited music streaming with any sign up on Digi Postpaid 68, Digi Postpaid 98, Digi Postpaid 148 and Digi Postpaid 238, both More Internet and More Calls & SMS.

Unlimited music streaming is subjected to a fair usage policy of 15GB.

Downloading of the application service from application stores (e.g. Google Play, App Store) will incur data usage from your Mobile Internet Quota.

Phone Discount bonus will be rewarded once you stay more than 12 months on the plan i.e. Digi Postpaid 58 and Digi 38 New.

Phone Discount bonus will be rewarded and notified via your MyDigi Rewards. Phone Discount bonus is valid for 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.

Phone Discount bonus is applicable for your next upgrade and valid for purchase of selected smartphones bundled with selected Digi Postpaid plan only.

Phone Discount bonus is strictly not exchangeable for cash and non-transferable of ownership.

Digi reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

Auto-pay discount of 5% off monthly total bill will be given for six (6) months from the date of subscription to Customers who sign up for the auto-pay service when registering for Digi Postpaid plans subscription.

44.

All bundled services under Digi Postpaid plans are subject to amendment, from time to time. In view that Digi does not own or control the bundled application services, Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter or suspend or substitute the list of application services available under the Digi Postpaid plans bundled offerings at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Digi does not entitle the Customers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.

45.

Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Customer’s subscription was activated by a third party without his/her consent. Digi shall not refund nor compensate the Customer in any manner whatsoever in such situations.

46.

By subscribing to the Plans, the Customer acknowledges that they understand the terms and conditions herein as well as the General Digi Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Privacy Statement and Fair Usage Policy, which are available at www.digi.com.my and agree to abide by them.

47.

Digi reserve the rights at its absolute discretion without liability to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any feature for the Plans, from time to time without prior notice to the Customer as it deems fit. Continued use of this subscription and/or service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Customer accepts to be responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plans at www.digi.com.my.
