1. As an incentive for all subscribers of the iDigi plans, all iDigi plans are bundled with iPhone purchase with Digi.

2. All iDigi plans are Postpaid plans tied to a 12 or 24 months contract.

3. All rates depicted for voice calls, SMS and MMS along with the bundled Minutes, bundled SMS and Mobile Internet Quota (“Bundled Offers”) apply only when used within Malaysia (to all domestic networks).

4. All other services that are not included as part of the Bundled Offers such as International Direct Dialling (IDD), International Roaming (IR) etc. are chargeable based on usage on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis and rates applicable are based on standard IDD and IR rates, subject to Digi's pricing for such services as amended from time to time.

5. Usage on Calls and SMS beyond the cap of the Bundled Offers will be charged on the basis of Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) in addition to the applicable monthly fee.

6. Unlimited free weekend calls are only applicable from every 12.00am Saturday to 11.59pm Sunday, for domestic Digi to Digi network calls only. Any usage between Digi to all OLO networks e.g. 012, 019, 018 etc. will be charged on your monthly voice minutes bundled quota. For any excessive usage, or on suspicion of fraud or any illegal practice or unusual activity in respect of the Customer's Account with Digi, Digi at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to the Customer or any third party to discontinue, disconnect, interrupt, bar or suspend the service for such period of time as Digi shall deem fit.

7. Once usage exceeded the Total Internet Quota allocated, the data service will be restricted. However, subscribers may continue surfing via Opera Mini and messaging via Whatsapp even when the data quota has been exceeded. All iDigi customers may also opt to purchase Internet Quota Top Up.

8. Daily Unlimited Data Roaming (from RM32/day) can be used in selected countries and with selected mobile operators only.

9. Roaming call local (from 50sen/min) can be used in selected networks only.

10. The auto billing rebate of RM5/month is not activated automatically. It will only be reflected on your monthly Postpaid bill if you register for Auto Billing at the point of iDigi subscription (with iPhone purchase). Rebates of RM5 will be given for the first SIX (6) months only from the date of subscription.

In view that Digi does not own or control this bundled application service, Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter or suspend or substitute the application service available under the new iDigi plans bundled offerings at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Digi does not entitle the subscribers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.

3.Downloading WhatsApp via iTunes will incur application charge from iTunes at USD$0.99 or any amount as stated in iTunes.

4.Subscriber must download and install the WhatsApp and Opera Mini application before data usage exceeds the Mobile Internet Quota.

5.Unlimited messaging with WhatsApp is only limited to messaging within the WhatsApp application. Any messaging beyond the WhatsApp application will incur data usage from the Mobile Internet Quota.

6.Messaging via WhatsApp will still be available at regular speed even if data usage has exceeded monthly Mobile Internet Quota.

8.Unlimited surfing via Opera Mini is only limited to surfing within the Opera Mini application. Any surfing or browsing beyond Opera Mini application such as streaming, tethering etc. (as explained below) will incur data usage from the Mobile Internet Quota.

5.When using any of these apps services, usage will be deducted from the iDigi Apps Quota before deduction for usage from the Mobile Internet Quota. Opening of any external links from these apps will be deducted from the Mobile Internet Quota. In the event that your iDigi Apps Quota has been exhausted, usage will be deducted from the Mobile Internet Quota.

6.When using iMessage, all text messages and downloading of pictures, videos and voice attachment will deduct usage from the iDigi Apps Quota. Uploading of pictures, videos and voice attachments will deduct usage from the Mobile Internet Quota, even when your iDigi Apps Quota has not yet been exhausted.

7.When using iTunes, only content downloading will deduct usage from the iDigi Apps Quota. All content browsing will deduct usage from the Mobile Internet Quota, even when your iDigi Apps Quota has not yet been exhausted.

8.Once usage exceeded the Total Internet Quota allocated, customer may only continue surfing internet via Opera Mini application/browser and messaging via Whatsapp or purchasing quota top-ups.
