1.All rates depicted for voice calls, SMS and MMS along with the bundled Minutes, bundled SMS and Mobile Internet Quota ("Bundled Offers") apply only when used within Malaysia (to all domestic networks).
2.All other services that are not included as part of the Bundled Offers such as International Direct Dialling (IDD), International Roaming (IR) etc. are chargeable based on usage on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis and rates applicable are based on standard IDD and IR rates, subject to Digi's pricing for such services as amended from time to time.
3.Usage on Calls, SMS and IDD beyond the cap of the Bundled Offers will be charged on the basis of Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) in addition to the applicable monthly fee.
4.Unlimited Calls and SMS for Digi Smart Plan 108 High Voice and Digi Smart Plan 148 High Voice applies to domestic mobile/fixed on-net and off-net usages (excluding video calls, calls to special numbers, calls to toll-free 1-300/1-800 numbers and calls to 121 numbers).
5.Unlimited Calls and SMS are strictly for standard person-to-person calls or texts; and not meant for any commercial/non-personal usages. For any excessive usage, or on suspicion of fraud, any illegal practice or unusual activity in respect of the Customer's Account with Digi, Digi at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to the Customer or any third party to discontinue, disconnect, interrupt, bar or suspend the service for such period of time as Digi shall deem fit.
6.Data service will be restricted once usage has exceeded the Total Internet Quota allocated. However, the Customer may continue surfing via Opera Mini even if the data quota is exceeded or the Customer may also opt to purchase Internet Quota Top Up.
7.Daily Unlimited Data Roaming (from RM32/day) can be used in selected countries and with selected mobile operators only.
8.Roaming call local (from 50sen/min) can be used in selected networks only.
9.BlackBerry® users who subscribe to Digi Smart Plan may add-on the BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS) at RM10/month or the BlackBerry® Enterprise Service (BES) at RM20/month. In this regard, the monthly quota of your BIS/BES service will follow the monthly Mobile Internet Quota of your Digi Smart Plan.
10.Auto billing rebate of RM5 will be given for the first SIX (6) months from the date of subscription to subscribers who sign up for the auto billing services when registering for the Digi Smart Plan subscription.
11.For device bundle sign up on 12 months or 24 months contract with upfront payment, pre-mature contract termination penalty fee of RM 200 respectively (inclusive of RM100 administrative fee) is applicable.
12.For Digi Smart Plan 148 with the purchase of device bundle on a 24 month contract with device upfront payment waived, the pre-mature contract termination penalty fee is applicable as per calculation below:-
13.Device upfront payment waiver is only applicable for existing Digi Postpaid subscribers with 12 months tenure and above during sign up of Digi Smart Plan 148, together with the purchase of a device bundle on a 24 month contract.
14.For all online store purchase/subscription under Digi Smart Plan 148 with the purchase of a device bundle on a 24 month contract, the pre-mature contract termination penalty will be subject to the calculation as stipulated in paragraph 15.

16.All bundled services under the new Digi Smart Plan such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook and Music Freedom are subject to amendment, from time to time. In view that Digi does not own or control the bundled application services, Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter or suspend or substitute the list of application services available under the Digi Smart Plan bundled offerings at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Digi does not entitle the subscribers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.
