The full terms and conditions of the use of the selected products and/or services are as set out at https://digi.com.my/tnc ("General Terms"), including the Data Protection Obligations as set out at https://digi.com.my/dataprotection together with Digi's Privacy Statement as set out at https://digi.com.my/privacystatement; all of which form an integral part of full terms and conditions of the said products and/or services (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions are also accessible via Digi's website at https://www.digi.com.my/. All terms and reference used herein shall be the same as the General Terms unless otherwise defined.
For purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall be defined as follows: -
“Subscriber(s)” – the persons eligible to subscribe to this offer which are all Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. (“Digi”) Prepaid Subscribers which include new and existing subscribers of any prepaid voice rate plans; and
“Offer” – Digi’s offer to a Subscriber to enjoy “Pakej Remaja Keluarga Malaysia” is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Offer
1.1. This Offer is available effective from 15th October 2021 until 15th April 2022, both days included (“Offer Period”). Digi has the sole and absolute discretion to extend and/or vary the Offer and the Offer Period without prior notification.
1.2. Under this Offer, eligible Subscribers can purchase an internet pass of 20GB with a validity of ninety (90) days at Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM30.00) (collectively, “the Internet Plan”). The eligible Subscriber may purchase and re-purchase the Internet Plan for the duration of the Offer Period.
1.3. Upon the Subscriber has fully utilized the 20GB internet, the Subscriber will automatically be switched to Unlimited Basic internet, which is subject to Digi’s Fair Usage Policy.
1.4. The Offer is not transferable and/or exchangeable and is not for resale purposes. No cash alternatives will be offered in lieu of the Offer. Digi reserves the right to replace any of the aforementioned Offer with another entitlement of equivalent value without prior notice.
2. Eligibility:
2.1. The Offer is subject to eligibility as set out below, and may be changed from time to time at Digi’s sole discretion without prior notice.
2.2. An eligible Subscriber: -
2.2.1. Subscriber that subscribes to Digi’s prepaid plan;
2.2.2. Subscriber must be of Malaysian Nationality, possessing a National Registration Identity Card (“NRIC”); and
2.2.3. Subscriber’s NRIC must indicate Subscriber’s age as being twenty-one (21) years and below. In computing the age, the date of birth shall be included as a whole day, and the Subscriber shall be deemed to have met the age requirement up until the day prior to the twenty-second (22nd) anniversary.
2.3. Each eligible Subscriber agrees that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of this Offer and by enjoying or accepting this Offer: -
2.3.1. Agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions here;
2.3.2. If the eligible Subscriber is below eighteen (18) years of age, he/she also confirms that prior consent from his/her respective parents or legal guardian to enjoy or accept this Offer. In the event the eligible Subscriber fails to provide Digi with the said parental or legal guardian consent upon request by Digi, such individual shall be subject to Clause 2.3.4 below;
2.3.3. All personal details submitted when subscribing to this Offer must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by Digi; and
2.3.4. Digi reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of the Subscriber and to disqualify any Subscriber for not complying with these terms and conditions or which tampers with the subscription or Offer acceptance process. Digi shall have sole and absolute discretion to terminate, suspend or otherwise deal with the Subscriber and/or the Offer if incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect or fraudulent registrations or acceptances which violates these terms and conditions are discovered.
3. General
3.1. All other supervening terms and conditions stipulated on the General Digi Prepaid service and/or the Digi Prepaid Mobile Internet plans will apply as amended from time to time and where applicable.
3.2. Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Offer was activated by a third party without his/her consent. Digi shall not refund nor compensate the Subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.
3.3. This service is provided on an "as is" basis and Digi does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no disruptions, defects or errors in the usage provided by this subscription and/or its offers. Digi shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any disruptions associated to the network in any way whatsoever.
3.4. Digi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions of this Offer, including but not limited to any feature of this Offer from time to time without prior notice as it deems fit. Continued use of the internet plan and/or service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any).
