General

1.By subscribing to any Digi offers (“Plan”), the Customer acknowledges that they understand the terms and conditions herein (“Terms and Conditions”) as well as the ‘All General Terms and Conditions’, including but not limited to Privacy Notice, Fair Usage Policy and account management, which are available at www.digi.com.my and agree to abide by them. The terms and words used in the Terms and Conditions here shall bear the same definition and meaning as stated in the ‘All General Terms and Conditions’.

2.Where application services are bundled with any Plan, Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter or suspend or substitute the application services bundled offerings at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Digi does not entitle the Customers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.

3.Digi reserve the rights at its absolute discretion without liability to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any feature for the Plans, from time to time without prior notice to the Customer as it deems fit. Continued use of this subscription and/or service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). Customer accepts to be responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plans at www.digi.com.my.

4.Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Customer’s subscription was activated by a third party without his/her consent. Digi shall not refund nor compensate the Customer in any manner whatsoever in such situations.

5.Ambassador benefit refers to a special offer to friends and family of Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. permanent and contract employees (‘Digizens”) who performs activations for any of the eligible plan with the valid promo codes distributed by the Digizens.

6.All promo codes are valid until 31st August 2022, 23:59. However Digi reserves the right to amend and change the validity of the promo codes without any prior notice given.

8.Only the following line activation types are eligible to enjoy Digi Ambassador benefits when transacted via Digi Store Online:

  1. New line
  2. Port-in
  3. Prepaid to Postpaid

9.The Digi Ambassador benefits are lifetime benefits which subscribers will continue to enjoy as long as they maintain active status on an eligible plan. In the event of a change of plan after the freebie or rebate is granted, it is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that the destination plan is an eligible plan, failing which the rebate will be voided without further notice.

10.If the subscriber opts in to any other promotional rebate or benefit, the Digi Ambassador benefit will automatically be voided and no dispute will be entertained.

11.If, after the successful granting of the Digi Ambassador freebies or rebates, the subscriber opts to perform a Postpaid-to-Prepaid or a Prepaid-to-Postpaid conversion on a Postpaid and Prepaid line respectively, the Digi Ambassador benefit will automatically be voided and no dispute will be entertained.

12.All the ineligible activation type that occurs after the Digi Ambassador rebate is granted will void the rebate and no dispute of the rebate will be entertained.

13.Your ambassador benefit will be void if you perform Prepaid2Postpaid, Postpaid2Prepaid, split or merge of the billing account after the Digi Ambassador benefit has been granted.

14. All Digi Ambassador freebies or rebates will be granted within thirty (30) days from successful line activation under an eligible plan.

15. All valid registration of plans under Digi Ambassador program will also receive an upfront RM5 discount upon checkout at the Digi Store Online checkout page.

16. All Digi Ambassador program benefits are not exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.

17. Each promo code can only be redeemed once. In the event of a failed transaction, a new promo code is required to proceed the activation with the Digi Ambassador program.

 

Prepaid Mobile

1.Digi Ambassador rebate is only allowed to co-exist with Jaringan Prihatin Internet credit rebate.

2.In the event the subscriber is also a Jaringan Prihatin PK15 subscriber, utilisation of Jaringan Prihatin Internet credit will take precedence, followed by Digi Ambassador internet credit.

3.Digi Ambassador free internet is only applicable to Prepaid new line and port-in activations. This program is currently not applicable to existing Prepaid subscribers who change plan.

 

Postpaid Mobile & Broadband

1.Digi Ambassador rebate is allowed to co-exist only with the following rebates:

  1. Jaringan Prihatin rebate
  2. PhoneFreedom 365 rebate
  3. Digi Postpaid & Fibre rebate
  4. Digi Broadband Supplementary rebate
  5. Yellow Heart rebate
