1. Who can subscribe to the Digi Business Fibre Broadband plans?

Digi Business Fibre Broadband is open to businesses with a valid business registration number under The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). You must be in an area with home fibre coverage. You can check your coverage at https://www.digi.com.my/shop/internet-freedom.

2. If I am not a Digi Business Postpaid customer, can I sign up for the Digi Business Fibre Broadband plans?

Yes, but you will only be entitled to the basic plans.

3. How do I subscribe to a Digi Business Fibre Broadband plan?

You may fill in the enquiry form in our Digi Business pages and our customer service agent will reach out to you soon!

4. Do I need to provide my mobile number/IMSI during sign up?

Yes, you’ll be required to provide your mobile number or your IMSI during sign up.

5. Will I need to pay an advance payment?

No, an advanced payment is not required.

6. Are there any limitations to how many Business Fibre Broadband plans I can sign up to?

No, you can sign up to as many Digi Business plans as required.
