Reference Access Offer

Digi’s Reference Access Offer (RAO) consists of Facilities and / or Services that Digi makes available, on a wholesale basis, to other telecommunications operators licensed by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to operate in Malaysia (Access Seeker).

The RAO is compliant with subsection 5.3.3 of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No.3 of 2016).

The RAO consists of the minimum terms and conditions consistent with the rights and obligations set out in the Mandatory Standard on Access (MSA) for the Access or Interconnection purposes between Digi and the Access Seeker. The Digi RAO consists of the (1) Reference Access Offer, (2) Non-Disclosure Agreement, and (3) Access Request Forms.
