Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is an important part of maintaining a transparent workplace environment. The Code defines the ethical standards for how we conduct our business and act as responsible, accountable employees and guardians of Digi’s integrity. The Code applies to members of the Board of Directors, managers, and other employees as well as those acting on behalf of Digi.

Our position of no compromise on integrity is driven across the organisation through mandated training and acknowledgement of the Code by all employees, and the establishment of a confidential third party independent hotline to encourage Digizens, suppliers and other stakeholders to speak up on any non-compliance to the Code.
