i.accept the General Terms as set out at http://digi.my/tnc, the Data Protection Obligations as set out at http://digi.my/dataprotection and Digi's Privacy Statement as set out at http://digi.my/privacystatement form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the use of the said products and/or service;

ii.accept that Digi may revise and/or modify the General Terms, the Data Protection Obligations and Digi Privacy Statement from time to time and in the event of such revision and/or modification, Digi will communicate the same via Digi's website;

iii.accept that Digi has the right to activate IMEI blocking on my Device pursuant to the General Terms as set out in https://new.digi.com.my/cs/Satellite/Page/tnc/default/tnc_general_all;

iv.Accept the terms for PhoneFreedom 365 as set out under https://www.digi.com.my/support/tnc/plans/postpaid-services/digi-postpaid/contract-add-ons, if applicable;

v.authorise as well as consent to my personal information including sensitive personal data, being processed in accordance with the Data Protection Obligations and Digi's Privacy Statement, being processed as and where required, and disclosed to classes of third parties as identified by Digi for the purposes of Digi providing the said products and services;

vi. accept that in the event of Early Termination of the Service, I shall immediately pay all amount, including but not limited to, any Termination Fee or any amount which may be determined by Digi from time to time. The formula to calculate the Termination Fee shall be as set out in http://new.digi.com.my/tnc/postpaid;

vii.agree to pay a fee as may be prescribed by Digi from time to time for the payment of stamp duty and/or processing of the registration (collected during the registration process) (“processing fee”). I acknowledge that the processing fee shall not be refundable in any circumstances;

viii.agree that during the contract period Digi shall also have the right to block the Device (if applicable) if, in Digi’s reasonable opinion, the Customer has breached the provisions of this Agreement; in particular, if the Customer has failed to make the relevant payment of its Monthly Charges and/or Monthly Fees for a consecutive period of three (3) months or any other period as may be reasonably determined by Digi from time to time.

I.A compatible iPhone & Apple Watch with the correct operating system installed (iOS 13.2 and WatchOS 6.1) or compatible Samsung Galaxy Smartphone and Watch (LTE).

II.An eligible Digi Postpaid rate plan.

III. Voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) on the aforementioned Digi Postpaid plan (refer to https://www.digi.com.my/support/our-network/volte).

I. Domestic mobile internet usage and domestic voice calls apply only when used within Malaysia (to all domestic networks only). All other services that are not included such as International Direct Dialing (IDD), etc. are chargeable based on usage on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis and rates applicable are based on standard rates, subject to Digi’s pricing for such services as amended from time to time.

II.The service is for personal usages only and not applicable to any commercial usages in any business premises including but not limited to restaurants, Internet cafés, game centres or call centres etc. as well as other non-legitimate purposes as determined by Digi from time to time. The service is not for reselling/rental purpose for profit or huge and continuous information transfer that affects the other Customers.

III.For unlimited voice calls, if applicable: Applies to domestic mobile/fixed on-net and off-net usages (excluding video calls, calls to special numbers, calls to toll-free 1-300/1-800 numbers and calls to 121 numbers).

VI. For unlimited voice calls, if applicable: Strictly for standard person-to-person calls; and not meant for any commercial/non-personal usages. For any excessive usage, or on suspicion of fraud, any illegal practice or unusual activity in respect of the Customer’s Account with Digi, Digi at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to the Customer or any third party to discontinue, disconnect, interrupt, bar or suspend the service for such period of time as Digi shall deem fit.

V.The service is Non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other Postpaid account.

VI.Can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysian networks only. Calls made to overseas numbers are subjected to International Direct Dialing (IDD) charges. The Customer shall be charged based on the call rates published here. https://www.digi.com.my/shop/roaming-idd/idd/rates.

VII.For any excessive usage, or on suspicion of fraud, any illegal practice or unusual activity in respect of the Customer’s Account with Digi, Digi at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to the Customer or any third party to discontinue, disconnect, interrupt, bar or suspend the service for such period of time as Digi shall deem fit.
