Talktime Transfer™
Transfer credits locally to a Digi Prepaid user in just a few simple steps!
How To Use
Step 1
Dial *128# from your Digi mobile, then select My Account. From the menu, select Talktime Services.
Step 2
Reply 1 to select Talktime Transfer, and then choose a transfer option. Key in the Digi mobile number you wish to send Prepaid credit to and select CALL/SEND.
You will receive a confirmation text message upon successful transaction.
Transfer Options
Prepaid to Prepaid Postpaid to Prepaid
- Talktime Transfer denomination displayed will depend on customer's available Main Balance (Talktime Transfer deno + Surcharge).
- For Digi Postpaid™ to Digi Prepaid™ transfers, the maximum amount of credit transfer allowed per mobile number is RM15 or three (3) transactions per day, whichever comes first.
- Talktime is subject to tax deduction.
