Subang Jaya, 4 May 2021 - We wish to inform that at approximately 7:30pm today, we were alerted of some network issues which had caused intermittent data service disruptions. Our 24-Hour Response Team worked promptly to identify and resolve the issues, resulting in service recovery within slightly more than one hour. We humbly apologise to customers for any inconvenience caused, and thank them for their patience and understanding.

Kuala Lumpur, 8 April 2021 - The Board of Directors of Digi.Com Berhad (“Digi”) was informed by its largest shareholder Telenor Group (“Telenor”) that Telenor and Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) are in advanced discussions to merge the telco operations of Celcom and Digi (“MergeCo”), in which Telenor and Axiata will have an equal ownership of 33.1% each.
