Senior Citizens
Digi Postpaid customers aged 60 and above are entitled to a monthly lifetime rebate of RM 10 which is redeemable via Box of Surprise on the MyDigi app. All eligible Digi customers will receive a notification alert to enjoy the rebate upon reaching this age of requirement.
Persons with Disabilities
Sign up for any Digi Postpaid plan and enjoy the same monthly lifetime rebate of RM 10 by providing your identification and OKU card at any Digi store.

- The lifetime offer of RM10 rebate will be available based on the eligibility of age, in the MyDigi app - Box of Surprise. Customers are required to redeem it in the Box of Surprise and the subsequent months’ rebates will be auto-granted and added to the bill.
