Steps to activate auto billing:

Step 1Step 1 Log in to your MyDigi account. Register if you do not have an account and then log in.
Step 2Step 2 Enter the TAC number sent to your mobile number.
Step 3Step 3 Click on "Manage Auto-Billing" in your account.
 
Step 4Step 4 Click on "Add New Card".
Step 5Step 5 Fill in your card details to add the card.
Step 6Step 6 Enter the OTP number to confirm the registration. You will receive a confirmation message once successful.

HOW IT WORKS

  • First 20,000 customers who sign up for Auto-Billing for the first time with either Debit / Credit Mastercard will get RM10 Shopee cash voucher.
  • Campaign period starts at 12.01 a.m. on 3rd August 2021 and runs until 11.59 p.m. on 30th November 2021.
  • The 5% bill rebate for 6 months is applicable to first time Auto-Billing sign up with Digi only.
  • Digi will send the RM10 Shopee cash voucher at the end of the first cycle of the Auto-Billing.
  • The customers will receive the vouchers via MyDigi only. If the customer does not have MyDigi, the customer is required to download and activate the MyDigi app.
     

Eligibility:

  • Digi Subscriber with MyDigi App ONLY
  • Postpaid, Broadband
  • Subscriber must save their debit/credit card and then subscribe to auto-billing.
  • Customer's Auto billing must stay active throughout the campaign to be able to qualify for a voucher.
  • The first 20,000 eligible customers will be individually notified via SMS within 3 days after the charge of the 1st Auto Billing cycle.
  • The voucher will be fulfilled within 14 days after eligible customers have been notified.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia are eligible to participate in this Contest except for the following: -
     
    • Permanent, contract and temporary employees of Digi and their Immediate Family Members.
    • Employees of Digi’s partners, advertising, promotion agencies and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting this Contest together with their Immediate Family Members; and
    • Digi enterprise business subscribers.
    • Winner who won any prizes from the contest organised by Digi in the last 3 months.
       
  • Immediate Family Members shall mean any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  • The RM10 Voucher is only applicable to Digi subscribers with MyDigi App ONLY.
  • Digi reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with the Terms or which tampers with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect or fraudulent entries or any entry which violates the Terms will automatically be disqualified without any notice.
