Terms & Conditions:
The Digizen Home Fibre Plan is a staff benefit that is only for permanent and fixed term employees.
The registered the owner of the Digizen Home Fibre Plan shall be under the name of the employee signing up for the plan.
The eligible employee can sign up to only (1) line per employee.
The Digizen Home Fibre Plans are subject to a 24-month contract term.
In the event of resignation or termination of employment, the Digizen Home Fibre Plan will be switched to a mass plan. If the initial contract period has not lapsed (i.e. first 24 months upon first activation of the plan), the remaining months of the contract will be carry-forward to the mass plan
In the event the employee choose to terminate their plan prior to the expiry of the initial contract period (first 24 months upon first activation of the plan), a fee of RM500 will be imposed for the initial installation set-up cost.
All other terms and conditions available on Digi website will be applicable.
