- Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme extended until 31 August 2021 for eligible Malaysians under the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR)

SUBANG JAYA, 26 JULY 2021 – Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) has made available Samsung Galaxy A12 and Xiaomi Redmi 9A as part of its smartphone bundle offerings under the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme which has been extended to 31 August 2021. Now, all Malaysians who are eligible for either the RM180 rebates or RM300 device subsidy can opt to get these new smartphones together with their chosen plans.

These two new devices are now available under Digi’s Prihatin Bundle offer for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
Prihatin 35 Prepaid Bundle – Xiaomi Redmi 9A
Prepaid customers who are eligible for the RM300 subsidy are entitled to get a FREE Xiaomi Redmi 9A smartphone with no contract commitment when they get this Prihatin 35 Prepaid bundle. With a payment of RM100, the bundle comes with 3 months of 30GB Truly High-Speed Internet access with Unlimited Calls monthly. Customers will also enjoy free 2GB free data daily for up to one year.
Prihatin 40 Postpaid Bundle - Xiaomi Redmi 9A and Samsung Galaxy A12
Customers who are eligible for the RM300 subsidy can get the Xiaomi Redmi 9A for FREE if they subscribe to the Prihatin 40 Postpaid bundle with an advance payment of RM100. For those who are interested to own the Samsung Galaxy A12, they will need to pay RM305 (RM205 for the device and RM100 for the plan).
The advance payment of RM100 will be returned to the customers through monthly bill rebate of RM10 across a 10-month period, where they will only need to pay RM30/month. Besides that, they will also get 10GB Truly High-Speed Internet access with Unlimited calls monthly as well as 2GB free data daily for up to one year. Under this bundle offering, customers will be tied to a 1-year contract.
RM180 rebates for prepaid and postpaid plans – eligible Malaysians will continue to receive a monthly rebate of RM15 across a wide range of prepaid and postpaid plans along with an extra 2GB of data daily, for up to one year. Now, they can also opt to use this rebate to redeem any applicable smartphones under the Digi Prihatin Bundle.
All eligible Malaysians including Digi’s existing customers should not miss this programme and are encouraged to sign up before 31 August 2021. Digi’s Jaringan PRIHATIN offers are also open to non-Digi customers who can either switch to Digi or subscribe to a new Digi mobile number.
