Cheng was appointed Chief Sales Officer on 14 September 2020 and has held various senior positions within the Marketing Division in his 16 years with Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. Cheng has been central to modernising Digi’s industry-best sales and distribution network, over the span of many roles including Head of Consumer Sales, Head of Retail and Controlled Channels, and previous leadership positions in Product Development and developing our MVNO business. He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having held leadership roles at Trisilco-folec prior to joining Digi in April 2004.
