We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across BTL and digital media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

- Ability to manage, direct and work with agency and production vendors in delivering all design content work to all platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and design conceptualization
- Spot and identify up and coming trends in the market space and use the knowledge to drive Digi’s ambition to be customers favourite partner in digital life
- Ability to translate campaign ideas across multiple platforms from traditional media to digital media
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Some understanding on digital analytics to influence design on digital ads
- Proactive , inquisitive and always challenging the norm to improve current processes and finding new innovative solutions to meet Digi’s business objectives
- Independent with minimal supervision required and ability to guide subordinate(s) and help them grow in parallel competency
- Super-organized, meticulous, good in timeline management and a keen eye for details
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and work well under tight deadlines
- Collaborative in nature with strong project and stakeholder management skills
Your Responsibilities:
- You will support the HOSS/ Associate Principal, Design in leading a team in managing all the comms design and go to market
- Working closely with digital production vendors, BTL agencies, production and printers to ensure all campaigns deliverables are met
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a single time with clear view of deadlines
- Ability to do quick visuals revision to support management direction
- Need to do strict project manage and deal with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
Your Merits:
- 3-5 years or more as a designer in creative agencies, studios or production houses
- Need to have existing creative portfolio and experienced on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior with a good grasp of current topics and trends across multiple consumer segments and ability to translate these insights into actionable communication strategies
- A degree in creative arts and design discipline or its equivalent
- Experienced in planning and managing multiple projects, ensuring high standards of delivery across projects.
- Understand the fundamentals of advertising, brand, creative concepts and digital trends
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
