We are looking for a marketer to join the prepaid planning team, on our journey to create robust sales driven campaigns nationwide and achieve Digi channel ambitions. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing initiatives. You will be working in partnership across the Sales organization to proactively manage multiple campaigns and programs simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and create Prepaid sales campaigns to achieve channel ambitions.
- Review existing campaigns & programs periodically, monitor and analyse post program data to present to Sales Management team.
- Articulated and able to present to a large audience on marketing campaigns and sales programs
- Analytical and able to generate, share relevant reports to Sales Management team and highlight areas that needs attention. Frequently update competitor analysis for product and pricing review against market.
- Build robust marketing sales campaigns for regions nationwide, based on big data; willing to explore new avenues of sales to achieve targets.
- Help grow new touch points nationwide and explore new ways for prepaid retailing representation. Explore new channels for expansion purpose.
Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professional skills that you want from the applicant)
- At least 5 years in working experience in Communication / Sales / Planning / Marketing, preferably working at a Planning role in a medium to large business setting. Also, has experience working in a matrix set-up with diversified business departments.
- Has demonstrated experience in strategic stakeholder management, business development, corporate relationship building.
- Highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging communication materials and reports for both internal and external Management team and key stakeholders.
- Creative, detailed and result oriented, self-motivated working under minimal supervision, ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrated composure under stress and in times of uncertainty.
- Public speaking experience will be bonus, but not compulsory
