We are on a look out for a Marketing Lead who will be able to lead & drive the entire marketing team at Digi. You will be responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing initiatives of Digi’s marketing campaigns

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
- Lead & manage the Marketing Services team comprising 30 people
- Overseeing all aspects of internal & external marketing communication projects (online & offline) & overall brand management
- Develop and maintain the Digi brand identity and umbrella communications campaigns
- Influences actions to grow Digi’s brand health and brand preference scores
- Provides creative direction for all of Digi’s consumer and enterprise marketing campaigns, via traditional media, digital media, trade channels, events, and alternative communication mediums
- Spokesperson for Digi as a brand subject-matter expert
- Manage all internal creative communications needs for the organization including employer branding and employee engagement events
- Manage the advertising & promotions budget, flex and balance according to the business needs and competitive market dynamics to get the best ROI
Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications and experience and specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)
- At least 15 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid experience working for a fast-paced consumer brand
- Significant years managing diverse teams and interacting with multiple peers / stakeholders
- Worked in complementary functions such as creative director or product marketing
- Telco experience is not mandatory, but knowledge of the industry would be a plus point
- Relevant experience from either startups / technology companies / media / advertising agencies / public listed companies / homegrown brands
- Strong hands-on leadership experience
- Deep understanding and passion in branding, marketing & consumer insights
- Demonstrate strong critical & strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to be persistent, patient and persevere, and knows how to work within the context and constraints of the organization
