Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage the performance of all retail stores and controlled channel productivity healthiness ensuring acquisition quality in the assigned region and
  • Identify, develop and grow retail and channel opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the retail stores and controlled channel to achieve its monthly and annual sales targets on a consistent basis, strengthen and deliver the overall business performance and expectations.
  • Develop relevant performance monitoring measures, consistent tracking of current performance, has high awareness of market trends, develop and deploy mitigation or corrective measures and explore beyond the in store sale concept, covering alternative sale platform(s) and expansion opportunities
  • Manage & execute campaign/trade program related to the channel. Excellent execution Go-To-Market for product launches, roadshow and sales activities with regional key stakeholders
  • Hire, train and manage the performance of retail and controlled channel team
  • Develop and grow the leadership pipeline and functional capability on-ground.
  • Drive the process improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant functions for more efficient on-ground implementation and execution.
  • Ensure strong on-ground postpaid brand presence and quality customer experience at retail stores and controlled channel outlets.  
  • Ensure the business ethics are practiced and complied on-ground.
  • Champion, nurture and ensure the culture, values and spirit in innovation and customer obsession are strongly ingrained and upheld. Collect and share intelligence on the competition landscape including but not limited to competitors’ products, incentive scheme and unique selling proposition Managing & governing the channel policy with proper partner lifecycle management; consistent review on day to day  business operations, compliance and governance of partners’ agreement
  • Support the immediate Manager on ad-hoc assignments, if required.

Your Merits :

  • Degree in any discipline or with relevant experience in related field.
  • You must have at least 10 years of working experience with 5-8 years in managing business performance and a sizeable team.
  • Someone with both people and performance oriented, with strong retail or customer service skills, experienced in managing a big team and with proven success.
