- Experienced in campaign execution and configuration. Advantage if you have experience with the Telco industry specifically Postpaid and/or Prepaid products.
- Have experience with customer journeys and fulfillment on both traditional and digital platforms e.g. Web and App. Able to optimize customer journeys at campaign levels to achieve KPIs / targets
- Have some experience with B2C campaign mechanics and Telco channels e.g. SMS, EDM, App, UMB etc.
- Able to understand customer profiles / personas / segmentation + data science modeling to work with various cross functional teams to optimize campaign performance.
- Comfortable working on a team with commercial targets and KPIs. Innovative to find ways to achieve targets and KPIS
Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
- Translate campaign mechanics into corresponding design specifications for implementation, ensuring proper audit trail
- Schedule & ensure timely deployment of all required communications for the campaign based on the communications plan developed
- Have visibility of all on-going campaigns within a segment and govern to ensure alignment to customer strategy framework, especially the contact policy
- Work closely with campaign developer to plan out campaign development activities and verify to ensure campaigns are deployed according to defined requirements

- Has had at least 1 year working experience in a Product Marketing / Product Management role or Campaign Execution Cross-Functional role including SMS / MMS / email broadcast campaigns

- Being bilingual is great, but if you speak more languages, you will stand out
