- Experienced in campaign configuration. Advantage if you have experience with the Telco industry specifically Postpaid and/or Prepaid products.
- Have experience with campaign management platform with fulfillment on both traditional and digital platforms e.g. Web and App. Able to optimize campaign configuration to achieve KPIs / targets
- Have some experience with B2C campaign mechanics and Telco channels e.g. SMS, EDM, App, UMB etc.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure excellence quality of work
- Comfortable working on a team with commercial targets and KPIs. Innovative to find ways to achieve targets and KPIS
Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
- Advise on feasibility of campaign mechanics as part of team ideation as well as actively providing new ideas to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Configure & conduct end to end testing of desired mechanics within the campaign
- management platform
- Proactively explore functionality of the campaign management platform & conduct proof-of-concept for new campaign features
- Create & maintain re-useable campaign codes that be leveraged by other developers to increase speed to market over time
- Build in campaign performance report as part of campaign configuration to provide campaign insights.
- Understand end to end campaign development lifecycle including campaign design and mechanics to technical build and deployment of a campaign
Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications and experience and specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)
- Has had at least 1 year+ working experience in a Product Development / Service Delivery role or Campaign Execution Cross-Functional role including SMS / email broadcast campaigns
- Having at least 1 year in basic programing language of SQL and Javascript is a merit, must be willing to learn on the job if you don’t have such experience.
