We are looking for young, energetic individual that will help create the next big marketing communication campaign. Our marketing team is highly collaborative and moves fast on executing new campaigns and ideas. We try out new ideas constantly, learn from them and execute again. This person needs to be curious, dedicated and meticulous in the day-to-day work and love the digital and tech space. You will be dealing with our internal stakeholders, as well as our partner agencies. Someone from the marketing and advertising background a requirement. You are: (personality / competencies, etc.)

  • Able to manage, direct and work with the internal stakeholders and agency in delivering all marketing communication campaign that is planned. Collaborative in nature with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate campaign ideas across multiple platforms from traditional media to digital media
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and always challenging the norm to improve current processes and finding new innovative solutions to meet Digi’s business objectives
  • Independent with minimal supervision required, organized, meticulous, good in timeline management and a keen eye for details
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and work well under tight deadlines
  • Spot and identify up and coming trends in the market space and use the knowledge to drive Digi’s ambition to connect to what matters most

Core Scope & Expectations

  • Understand, Plan, Implement and execute communications strategy & creative with the internal and agency partners.
  • Be the Hub between Business Owners, Digital Marketing, Content and CGTM team for a synergized communications plan & creative executions
  • Ability to align with business / product owners on annual ambitions, key focus pillars & agree on annual and quarterly roadmap
  • To translate business / product owners’ objectives/targets into effective GTM plans along with communications strategy recommendations
  • Govern & manage own’s portfolio annual roadmap & quarterly roadmap, including its annual & quarterly budgeting
  • Monitor and manage campaign deliverables, timelines and post campaign performance/ effectiveness in order to be able to derive on key learnings/opportunities for future plans
  • Pro-actively develop quarterly review (including competitive review), learnings/opportunities and forward plans for the portfolio
  • Well versed and good understand on digital marketing and its total ecosystem. Experience and understanding on digital analytics

Qualification

  • Degree related to Marketing or Business management
  • At least 5-10 years working experience in an ad agency or in a marketing capacity
  • Added advantage with digital marketing experience
  • Able to play a consultancy role to Product Owners in the area of communications strategy
  • Have good people management and communications skill
  • Discipline with time management and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Well organized & multitasking is a must
  • Good command of spoken & written English. Well written BM and Mandarin language would be a good advantage.
