• The Regional Network Quality Lead role is functionally part of the Network Engineering regional team that drives Strategy and Execution of network coverage/capacity/quality/stability ambitions.
• As a key liaison between Technology and Marketing, the Regional Network Quality Lead sets the network quality ambitions aligned with technology trends and company strategic priorities.
• Inter-department and inter-division communication is a vital part of this role, and the Regional Network Quality Lead is expected to be adept in effectively managing such communication

Your Responsibilities: 

• Setting Global E2E, Regional, and Cluster quality ambitions based on network strategy and architecture, traffic and user forecast, and competitive positioning.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Region Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Management) to prioritize clusters for quality improvements in-line with marketing and sales targets.
• Interface to Service Delivery Management on network quality ambitions (Global E2E, Regional, Cluster).
• Strategize network optimization and quality improvement projects to be delivered by Service Delivery Management.
• Interface to Network Strategy Architecture to demand new solutions for network enhancement, e.g. new hardware/software, new features.
• SKMM regional support for network quality related matters.

Your Merits:

• Engineering degree with honors from internationally recognized universities
• 5 years (minimum) experience of 4G design knowledge & technology
• 8 years (minimum) experience in telecommunication industry with good understanding in 2G technologies
• Strong knowledge on Network Optimization, Radio Access Planning techniques, Radio Network Design and 2G/4G Product & Features
• Experience in leading/participating in 2G/3G/4G Network Optimization projects and Network Deployment initiatives
• Knowledge in collecting radio network measurements, perform analysis and provide solutions based on drive test tools (e.g. TEMS Investigation and NEMO Outdoor) and analysis tools (e.g. NEMO Analyze)
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills and willingness to excel and deliver expectations on time
• Knowledge in Basic Programming (Python, VB) and/or Data Analysis is added advantage
• Knowledge on ZTE product is added advantage
