JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in ICSA or its equivalent.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and best practices in corporate secretarial related matters
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in the company secretarial function
  • Meticulous and able to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, positive work attitude and able to work independently
  • Proactive and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for end-to-end company secretarial function.
  • Experience with Mycoid and MBRS for SSM online submission.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Main Market Listing Requirements, Corporate Governance and other relevant rules and regulations
  • Maintain, prepare, arrange and timely lodgement of statutory documents, annual returns and other secretarial matters in accordance with the requirements of Companies Act 2016 and other authorities.
  • Prepare directors and members resolution, minutes of meeting and other secretarial documents.
  • Maintain statutory books, register books secretary records.
  • Securing signatures of directors on all company secretarial related documents
  • Work in collaboration with the Company Secretary in providing all aspects of corporate secretarial duties for a public listed, and its group of companies.
  • Assist any other assignments and/or work as may be requested by the Company Secretary.
